This program provides qualified households with moderate income the opportunity to live at a reduced rent according to the median area income. There are a limited number of available apartment homes through this affordable housing program. Please submit your application to reserve your place on the waitlist. If you are over qualified for this program, you can submit your market rent online application listed in the menu under “Apply Now”.
